Where Directive (EU) 2015/2302 applies, package travel rights apply alongside Ukrainian consumer law. Security covers refunds and repatriation; tour operator licensing in Ukraine has been abolished and operators are listed in the State Register of Subjects of Tourism Activity ('On Tourism' No. 3378-IX).
Total price, payment schedule and terms are disclosed before booking, with the procedure for price changes and cancellation, including any reasonable fee, under Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII.
