    Seat confirmation

    We check real-time availability for your chosen route and departure date. You will hear back within 24 hours with a confirmed place or the next available weekend.

    Detailed quote in UAH

    Your quote shows the full total in Ukrainian hryvnia. Example: Total UAH 6,900 per person. Minimum scope: 2 nights shared twin room, guided hikes, breakfasts, and local transfers.

    Insurance and change policy

    We include travel insurance details and explain the change window. Read the conditions, then decide with no pressure.

    Payment and final pack

    Once you pay, we send the meeting point, packing list, and rail or bus recommendations for reaching Lviv, Kyiv, or Ivano-Frankivsk.

Meeting points and arrival

Lviv is the main meeting point. We also collect travellers in Kyiv and Ivano-Frankivsk, with onward rail, bus or private-car options.

How to arrive

By rail
Overnight trains from Kyiv and Przemysl reach Lviv early. International guests normally connect through Przemysl. We meet at the main station concourse.
By bus
FlixBus and Ukrainian carriers run regular services to Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk from major cities.
By private car
Secure parking is available near our Lviv office. Let us know if you need directions from the Polish or Slovak border.
