Your rights and our obligations

We process your personal data only with your informed consent, including data collected via cookies, as required by Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2807-IX. Confidentiality of terminal equipment data is protected under the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Communications' No. 1089-IX.

Before any contract is concluded, we provide full identification details in line with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII. Information about services, prices, terms and dispute resolution is given under Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII. The procedure for filing and handling complaints follows Article 21 of the same Law No. 1023-XII. Advertising is clearly identifiable as required by Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-ВР.
