Travel Insurance Policy

1. Is insurance mandatory?

Insurance is not required by Ukrainian law for every trip. It is mandatory when a destination's visa or entry rules, or a carrier's conditions of carriage, demand it; proof must reach us before departure. Prices and terms are disclosed before you conclude the contract (Article 4, Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII; Article 7, Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII).

2. Minimum coverage

• Emergency medical expenses: at least EUR 30,000 per traveller.
• Emergency evacuation and repatriation.
• 24/7 assistance and emergency dental care.

3. Included in the price or purchased separately

Insurance is not included in the advertised price unless a package description says otherwise. It is bought separately at checkout and shown as a separate line in your booking summary and invoice.

4. Claims and assistance

Claims are handled by the insurer named in your policy schedule. Call its 24/7 assistance line first, then notify us at bookings@taspheresis.com or +380 678 310 4904, sending documents within 30 days.

5. Complaints and disputes

Complaints are handled under Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII. We reply within 30 days.

Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR and Article 5 of that Law; Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 3378-IX (State Register of Subjects of Tourism Activity); Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2807-IX, Article 6; Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Communications' No. 1089-IX.
