Cancellation by you

Cancel in writing to bookings@taspheresis.com. 30+ days: full refund less 10% admin fee; 15–29: 50%; 7–14: 25%; under 7: no refund. Per Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII, prices, terms and dispute procedures are clear.

Cancellation by us, refunds, postponement

We may cancel for safety or minimum group size; you get a full refund or free rebooking. Approved refunds are paid within 14 days to the original payment method. One free date change per booking up to 14 days before start.

Force majeure and martial law

If a tour cannot run due to force majeure, including martial law in Ukraine, choose a full refund or a credit valid for 24 months.

Tourism services

Tour operator details and State Register of Subjects of Tourism Activity registration are available on request, per Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 3378-IX and Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-ВР. Tour operator licensing has been abolished; general licensing framework is the Law of Ukraine 'On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity' No. 222-VIII.

Complaints

Under Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII, send complaints to bookings@taspheresis.com. We reply within 30 days.

Data protection

We process personal data and cookies with informed consent per Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2807-IX. Terminal equipment data confidentiality: Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Communications' No. 1089-IX. Advertising is identifiable per Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-ВР.
