taspheresis.com, LLC, Office 7, 14 Doroshenka Street, Lviv 79000, Ukraine, processes personal data from bookings and contact requests under the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2807-IX and related EU rules.

Data we collect

Name, email, phone, country, booking dates and passenger details, billing data, IP address and cookie identifiers.

Purposes and bases

We use data to answer enquiries, perform contracts, deliver services and meet legal duties, based on your consent (Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection'), contract performance and legal obligations.

Cookies

A consent banner appears before non-essential cookies are set, per the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Communications' No. 1089-IX; cookies can be refused in your browser.

Sharing and retention

Data may go to hotels, carriers, tour operators listed in the State Register of Subjects of Tourism Activity, and to payment and IT providers. Retention follows the stated purposes and statutory periods; data is then deleted or anonymised with technical and organisational safeguards.

Your rights

Write to bookings@taspheresis.com to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing or withdraw consent; we reply within one month.

Complaints

Complaints go to bookings@taspheresis.com and are handled under Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII, or via the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
