1. Provider and contract

taspheresis.com (LLC), EDRPOU 40376932, Office 7, 14 Doroshenka Street, Lviv, 79000, Ukraine; bookings@taspheresis.com. Identification details are disclosed before contract conclusion under Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII. A booking request becomes a contract when we confirm availability, price and terms in writing.

2. Prices, cancellation and changes

Prices cover the listed services; deposits and deadlines are in the confirmation. Cancellations must be in writing; fees depend on the date and supplier conditions. Routes, timings or accommodation may change for safety or force majeure, with equivalent alternatives offered.

3. Traveller duties and tourism services

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health requirements, insurance and local law. Tourism services are supplied by a tour operator registered in the State Register of Subjects of Tourism Activity; tour operator licensing was abolished (Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 3378-IX). Operator details are provided under Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR; advertising is identifiable as advertising under Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR.

4. Data, consumer rights and liability

Personal data is processed with informed consent, including via cookies, under Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2807-IX and the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Communications' No. 1089-IX. Service information, prices, terms and dispute resolution follow Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII; complaints go to bookings@taspheresis.com and are filed and handled under Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII. Our liability is limited to the booked price; Ukrainian law governs and disputes go to the competent courts of Ukraine.
